A local adaptation of Tracy Letts’ Killer Joe, about the desperate attempt by a marginalized family to get ahead in life
A father and son in a housing development in the center of Israel try to improve their living conditions with a brilliant scheme. They will get the proceeds from the life insurance policy of the mother, with whom they are presently at odds. The only problem: the mother is still alive. To realize the plan, she must die and someone must kill her. They hire a professional, but cannot afford to pay, and end up forced to sacrifice more than they had planned.
